1 Gently massage the area with the herbal rub for approximately five (5) minutes.

2 Leave a liberal amount of mixture on the surface.

3 Cover the area with a piece of cloth.

4 Over the cloth secure a cling wrap, and finally a bandage.

5 Leave the entire dressing on over night.

6 Remove each morning and wash off residue

7 Treat area again in the morning if able to and leave on all day

8 Repeat for a further ten (10) nights using the same cloth, then every second night until mix is finished.

Remember the longer the rub is applied to the area, the quicker you will feel the results

NOTE 1: Usually an adverse reaction occurs on the third or fourth day, indicating that the bone is reacting to the treatment. However, in some cases it takes up to two (2) weeks for the reaction to occur. This reaction should only last a day or so.

NOTE 2: The pain of a bunion can be expected to be relieved within a week. With constant night application over the next four (4) to six (6) weeks the swelling diminishes once treatment takes effect. This treatment is extremely effective on corns.
